Company Culture

Feedback from management tended to be highly critical without recognition for jobs done well.

Support from management

Leaders want "yes men" in all positions, do not appreciate free thinkers.

Teamwork

Office staff worked well together but inside and outside team were often pitted against each other.

Freedom to work independently

No real control over your area of expertise in the office. Leaders tend to micromanage.

Internal Communication

communication was not clear from management to staff.

Gender Equality

Women are definitely not treated equally in this work place. Sexist and racist comments are not uncommon even during company meetings. Women returning from maternity leave are expected to pump in the ladies room if they have chosen to breastfeed.

Career Development

There is very little, if any, room for upward growth in this company.

Overall compensation for your work

The base pay is very competitive but annual reviews and raised were discontinued several years ago in lieu of quarterly bonuses based on several conditions that are highly subjective.

Office / Work Environment

Computer equipment and surveillance cameras that monitor the inside sales staff in the office are very current models.

Work-Life Balance

Management will not hesitate to contact an employee while they are in vacation or home sick even when other employees can help resolve the issue at hand.

Inclusive / Diverse

Diverse opinions are not supported and often result in accusations of negativity.

  • New management is needed to bring this company into the 21st century.

What I like about the company

My inside sales teammates all worked together to achieve our goals.

What I dislike about the company

Leadership was not clear with their communication, there was little to no room for advancement in the company, annual raises were discontinued and replaced by bonuses based on subjective acheivements, management often made sexist and racist comments inside the office, free thinking was frowned upon.
