Support from Management
Although my supervisor was a highly trained and knowledgeable professional, he had been promoted beyond his level of competence and was not an effective manager. I rarely received any helpful feedback or support.
While lip service was paid to teamwork, in actuality there was little true collaboration happening.

Lack of clarity and organization in the workload distribution; expectations unclear.
