No training and poor communication.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire an Art Director that doesn't have anger issues. There's no need to cattle prod your employees, if they're obviously working. Get your act together. There we're so many production issues, miss communication with in the company. Extreme rudeness. Don't speak your language infront of someone that doesn't understand what your saying. If someone's in CHARGE, make sure they're on there. People skills would be nice! Don't mistreat your employees. Don't be so CHEAP. Your company is a disaster.
What I like about the company
not anything I can think of at the moment. Or any moment in the near future.
What I dislike about the company
They had an Art Director that came in three times a week. She couldn't direct because she couldn't speak the language. But spoke her language in front of you leaving you in the dark. When she did come in, everything had to stop to catch her up on the work that was pending. She obviously had no experience other than being able to talk to the owner in his language. Presentations consisted of the same designs, recolored. Expecting that they would sell. Which made no sence. Since they never really sold before. Extremely cheap, all the programs we're pirated, directions we're given in broken english. Director was clueless, not sure how they are still in business?
