Terrible caste system, little appreciation shown by managers.
Support from management
Essentially don't believe in management: Do a poor job of setting goals, do no real employee development.
Teamwork at the operational level is good, management is disfunctional.
Very little feedback on results, very poor dissemination of direction.
Women, particularly the most talented women, tend to leave.
