Very caring and fun.

Leadership was the problem. Some allowed their ego to get in the way of productivity. They would set unrealistic goals to prove to their superiors that their ideas should have been used.
Peer to peer for the most part was amazing.
Level of Autonomy
Yes, but there was always someone going back over your work to look for failure.
The communication always changed to match the flavor of the message at that moment.
