Very cohesive and organic leadership style overcoming many challenges and a few catastrophic set backs.
Everyone helps one another and the goals of the company are known in activities.
Freedom to work independently
Yes. Treated like adults.
Weekly meetings helped, and managers would do a bit of one on one to ensure measures of success were promoted.
Was difficult in recruiting and retaining.

Age difference was not a factor. Face time was respected as well as professional emails.

Could have been better, but the flexible perks made it up.

What I dislike about the company
Super competitive industry and hard to translate to additional costs to customers the value added services which many were not accustomed or sometimes even aware those safeguards were there.
