Suggestions for improvement
- Provide more equipment so staff can be more efficient. Better pay and loyalty bonuses to decrease turnover. More paid holidays. Better health insurance. Don’t punish staff for helping out in a time of need by taking a scheduled day away.
What I like about the company
Lower management is great. They stand up for their staff and are always willing to dive in and help.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management micromanages. They have a “Patient first” philosophy, when it suits their needs. They will ask you to work on your day off and then take a day away from you later in the week so they don’t have to pay overtime. You may be put on low census for your scheduled shift and are given 1.5 hours pay for being on call for 12 hours. Not enough equipment to do your job effectively and efficiently.
