Overall compensation for your work
I'm very satisfied with the benefits here. They offer 401K, retirement plans/salary saving plans, funds to save money for college, and a employee stock purchase plann. There is also an on-side gym and cafe. I heard they may do a daycare program in the future as well. I'm very satisfied with my salery. the cost of living in Colorado Springs is lower than a lot of other areas, and my salary is definitely adequate.
Great support of the community - fundraisers for teammates in need and volunteer activities in the community once a quarter
Since this is a publicly traded company, we are at the hands of our stock holders, so changes can come suddenly. It really depends what department you are in.
