- The company is already fine where they at
The culture varies from department-to-department. Company lacks continuity and favoritism is high. Some department's employees are promoted based on friendships with their supervisors rather than job performance, education & experience.
Upper management sets the goals but, middle management does not follow through. You will be on your own and no one will have your back.
