Suggestions for improvement
- I believe if true improvement was desired, changes would have been made long ago. If nothing else they could start with the carpet and paint.
I like about the employer
Some very bright and talented people pass through SPS on their way to more sound employment.
I dislike about the employer
Let's just say leadership was not a priority. Valuing all staff and morale was not a priority. The issues that plague this company are reflected in the consistent and high rate of turn over in the staff.
The ownership was more concerned with perceived affluence and success than the reality of problems facing the company and it's staff. SPS thrives on smoke screens. Unrealistic goals and solutions to problems were the norm. It sometimes feels like the twilight zone.
