Department Executive leadership
Some things weren't entirely safe or OSHA approved. They were, however, suggested by the DSM.
Suggestions for improvement
- Replacing the DSM with someone that can understand and properly guide their teams rather than making them feel inadequate. Positive reinforcement is always key to a happy staff. This would also help with reducing the high turn over rate.
I like about the employer
I enjoyed the holiday season as we would decorate accordingly to make it seem festive.
