I like about the employer
Treated like an adult in managing my hours. Could leave at 5:00.
I dislike about the employer
Ask them about their ability to develop talent. They have little success to point to. Turnover is very high. Training is lackadaisical. They treated some people poorly/unfairly. Because of high turnover, most employees won't bother to get to know you the first six months+. Ask to talk with current employees who would be on your team -- they avoid letting you talk with their people because they are often struggling. They are cheap as to helpful resources as well as compensation.
