Suggestions for improvement
- Reward hard work.
When interviewed, go in high so they can talk you down. when you receive the wage you can get, it is very hard to receive a pay raise throughout the years. I worked for Spencer since 2002 and only received 4 raises....NO BONUSES so don't except it at all
I've seen techs crawl into the hard ceilings in a retail store WHILE the store has customers inside. When renting a lift, I seen techs stand on the top of the bars to reach over to get the cables. If the job doesn't get done, Spencer will find someone else who will go Above and beyond to save face for the company
