Suggestions for improvement
- Less "command and control" from top leadership; more delegation of responsibilities for decisionmaking and project management by the top professional in each environmental discipline, e.g. archaeology/cultural resource management, threatened & endangered species, stormwater, etc.
I like about the employer
Leadership had my back in major conflicts with clients or government agency reviewers.
I dislike about the employer
Inability to obtain career development through regular participation in training programs in my professional discipline; absence of incentive and support to creatively resolve problems using my professionally attained skill sets
