Work too many hours for pay received. Salary employees are made to "clock in" even tho they aren't paid overtime and are written up if late.
Support from Management
Owners are terrible with communicating with offices about what is going on. Supervisors are not allowed to make any type of decision without going thru 10 channels.
Male coworkers are paid more even if they don't have college degrees
