I dislike about the employer
press schedualing for job orders and production not following lead manufacturing schedual not knowing what is a off sit ware house for materials andor suppliers for production. poor communication on over time. Be more considerate of the third shift notice for over time. better planing for holidays for employees to spend with their families too instead of working some of them. such as memorial day labor day sometimes the fouth of july mothers day weekend even though it is not paid which is no problem constent almost complet orders considered done is short changing customers. such as fed signal, taylor cain, best bins... due away with linkind and this monster survey and send me one conceckted to spi moldedparts all these other thing I do not want in my emails even face book is a waste of my time and care less about keeping up with.
