- Take the people you have inlace who are qualified to lead and let them lead and you'll get better results. Focus on communications, team building. Its not always your leaders need loads of education to be a supervisor or lead a part of the team or excessive amounts of management in their background. If you were confident to hire them and they produce and have great ideas give them a chance or you run the risk of losing great people.
