Within regular communication, there can be improvement for proper return time for answers or feedback from personnel.

The human aspect of how leadership takes care of their people. They well above and beyond what is expected.

I really like the way the senior leadership is accessible for questions. Also, the way SpinSys will take a risk to hire someone with little experience and teach and train them the way they need to be.
The Paid Time Off, 401k match, and paid Dental/vision is AMAZING!

Any need that I have asked for has been provided to me. Open door policy doesn't do justice. Regardless of position, you can call them on the phone and ask question or get clarification.

Working with people to collect, interpret and deliver expected work can be challenging at times. Resource always seem to be available for collaborative efforts.
Contract work is never guaranteed; however, mobility to other project (if work is available) is always an option.
Executive leaders keep employees informed of contract changes, and the direction the company is headed.

All leadership has been responsive when needing to and allows has an open door even when it's a "virtual" door.

SpinSys definitely allows an independent work environment. This is a great thing when you are a person that takes the initiative with a project effort or task and run with it.

There are no clear steps to promotion. The review process for is not regular or very organized.
Better communication, clearly defined role progression/promotions, yearly performance reviews
