Majority of supervisors don't commend their reports but take credit for performance that it recognized by manage to and owner. The employees culture is based solely from the top how they treat the people below not with respect, kindness, appreciation, or fairness.
Support from management
The company doesn't resolve or address conflicts, harassment, or non performance. Unfortunately they seem to encourage the behavior by saying that they want people to 'poke the bear' to get a reaction so they get what they want done even if the reaction is verbal harassment. Management doesn't provide much direction or decision making. Majority of the decisions are emotional without research or a lot of thought.
