Suggestions for improvement
- The work force is your most important asset, listen to their concerns, and don’t ignore them. The company is top heavy; you have too many upper level managers and keep reducing the work force in order to meet your expense mandates which are overloading the work force remaining.
What I like about the company
Great people to work with, flex hours, challenging work, and good benefits.
What I dislike about the company
The company has changed direction over the years and is now more interested in showing profit to the share holders, as opposed to the well being of the work force needed to generate that profit. Job security is questionable.
