Suggestions for improvement
- Clock watching makes salaried employees feel smothered. Need more freedom to make choices.
Have worked for Spirit for almost 27 years. Spirit promotes teamwork and supports employees with industry standard benefits. Spirit now offers an ESOP program. Spiirt has a profit sharing program that has paid out in every year.
Good people but managers need some work.
They are rude
The people i worked with where always there to help
Job security lol you dont get it, to many lay offs and got to compeat with people that have been there 30 plus years to even stay on the job
Work was hard alot to remember and management wont help you out to get you where you need to be
