Pay increases every quarter (a quarter per 1/4 is what they call it, so one gets a $1 raise per year. Also, we've received somewhere around 3 bonuses per year.
Sometimes management can be tough to work with, but it really depends on the manager.
Supportive management, encourages personal and career development, opportunities for advancement, employs all career fields.
