Attitude towards older colleagues
I put in almost 20 years with the company and then was fired. They had no real reason for letting me go.
People got hurt out in the shop all the time. I remember at least one time one person died.
Suggestions for improvement
- This is for 2nd level management. When you have a 1st level who has one of your top performers rated as a C and then marks them as a trouble maker. Maybe you should take a closer look. It may be that the 1st level is threatened by that person he just marked as trouble and in the end got that person fired for no reason. I loved my job, I loved what I did the people I worked with and my supplier's.
