Woman are not looked at to be in leadership positions. Only two woman in management roles in the entire plant.

Director makes it very difficult for everyone
The workers are amazing the department teams are amazing, it’s the quality director and two senior manager that have not been in those roles long who poisons the group.
Was promised a position and then several months later after the position was approved I was not even interviewed for that job in which I not only had created but had worked 4 a year! Hired someone who was on paper way over qualified for the role because they claimed they wanted to evolve that role into a management position. Again under work mindset of woman cannot be managers. Not all leadership agreed with the choice nor did they know I wasn’t being hired for the job. Once they let me go they had security call when I left one random day after work to drop my badge off and not to return to the planet. The quality director is a joke as well as two of the three senior managers. They choose to lie to their employees so they can have you do all the work but then will cut your throat the minute you turn around. Absolutely Zero LOYALTY/TRUST! I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire life with the treatment or process on how I was blindsided to be let go due to me working directly under the director and a senior manager. BUT HEY, they weren’t the single mom of three without a job they were promised for six months currently unemployed so what did it matter to them, not their problem!
