Suggestions for improvement
- Don’t be so adimant about finding reasons to fire employees. More often than not, the reasons are unfair or invalid.
Management gets plenty of hours and, if you're paid hourly, your overtime can leave you with a healthy paycheck.
There is a lot of disorganization and it's hard to find good seasonal employees that wasn't to put forth any effort.
I loved the fact that upper management was down to earth and very approachable. This is an ever changing business and easy to adapt to.
There comes a time to absorb other peoples issues but, they are held against you and not the other individual when all is said and done.
