Teamwork is very poor even though encouraged by upper management
Freedom to work independently
Because of environment and culture their is a lack of responsibility but management does prefer for each individual to work independently.
Poor communication through out the company even through the use of email.
This is a old boys network.

No. They prefer young adults that can work a lot of over time hours.

No. Your salary and the amount of work hours needed and expected are not comparable.
Office / Work Environment
Depending on where you work in the building. Some rooms are cold or hot, adequate lighting is provided and technology is mediocre at best.
Paperless is encouraged and some recycling is provided.
The company doesn't value work-life. You are demanded to work overtime and are pressured to work more hours on a daily basis. Families are not taken into consideration.
No. They have a bad reputation and no employment agency will work with them in Eugene Oregon
Nobody's job is stable. The company is downsizing and restructuring.
Yes. The work was challenging and very analytical. I was able to use my skills, experience and education.
