No appreciation of staff or hard work. demanding for budget purposes regardless of staff situation. overlook ethical grounds which makes a stressful staff when dealing with services.
Support from management
there is no leadership or direction. Gossip, unprofessional, disrespectful to all levels including services.
No communication, no straightforward instructions, rather talk behind your back and gossip then be evaluated or called in when they want to deal with the situation.
Inclusive / Diverse
Never listen to staffs needs. become upset and irate and unprofessional when staff has an idea or wants to make services better, managers shut down staff very quickly by transferring them out or by coming up with negative things to say regarding staff, eventually having them let go. Management is very insecure with staff and staff growth, or staff having a better vision than them for services.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire professional management that really care about helping, not too absorbed in micromanaging and own insecurities

What I dislike about the company
Management, insecurities, unprofessional, work gossiping, unstructured. No accountability from managers, supervisors, or administration, just blame staff.
