Senior management team only visits stores to point out what's wrong and didn't compliment hard work.
Support from Management
District manager did not provide any support. Instead, came into store and brought negative vibe that everyone could feel including a new hire. HR informed, but turned a blind eye.
Team within the store was strong and there for each other.
Level of Autonomy
No has a voice except the district manager. If trying to make a decision based on the consumer, turned down immediately if it goes against plan-o-gram.
