For the most part, this was a positive work environment despite flaws within the company leadership. However, this soon fell apart once the company ceased paying employees. There was also a lack of ownership among the company's key-officers with several occasions of blaming other individuals/departments for short-comings.
Support from management
Management neglected to inform employees of current health of the company. This lead to first withholding of several months of back-pay and then massive lay-offs. Key executives were named in lawsuits following the lay-offs and several officers that remained with the company have falsely accused low-level employees of stealing resources from the organization without any proof or reasoning.
