great if you count that the service manager and gm explain to you that you are the best advisor that they have ever worked with then within 1 month terminate you because you are making too much money.

once a service advisor, always a service advisor. applied for service manager position a couple times.

made 12k per month and health benefits and 401k was good.

they only care about themselves and being gun carrying conservatives
most employees cant take vacation and if you happen to take time off wqhen you come back you come back to a hornets nest
very bad reputation in the area and the industry. ask around.
40 advisors and 6 managers in 3 years. gm is a tool.
most nights stayed past closing, worked thru lunches, and sometimes had to call customers at home. but they, management, are never satisfied, so you never feel like you've accomplished anything until your paycheck.
