Employees like

My company really cares for thier employees. They provide alot of training. My school is very close.
love working with kids and teaching my favorite subject
I like working with kids. I am allowed to decide how I am going to teach not told how to
I enjoyed my time there. Faculty, for the most part, are wonderful, knowledgeable people.
Respected by the community.
Small town appeal in a large city.

Employees don't like

how principles treat kids with disapline problems not always enough
Spring Branch has a major equity issue throughout the district, including a narrow-minded view about diversity.
Health insurance costs but that’s not always in their control. Better than a lot of places.
Sperintendent came on board determined to make a lot of changes and did not use much appeal.
The pay as a paraprofessional is not very good.

Suggestions for improvement

Morebehavior programs and additional classes to address increasing behavior and mental health issues in students.
Get rid of those that are allowing the perpetuation of stereotypes and narrow-minded views upon students.
Administrators should be on site during the school day. Less night time activities for teachers.
Because our jobs are so stressful i would like more sick days per year.
Pay teachers more. Restructure the school so that it’s more productive
