One disappointed taxpayer/disappointed employee
As a paraprofessional it is the same across the board for females and males
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher certified teachers first with the credentials. Support your staff as well as the teachers. Fire bad Principals do not transfer them somewhere else so they can continue to do damage to other students and school. Pay the support more money. Smile and just say to the staff thank you. Let us know you care about us.
What I like about the company
I love the students I see every day the good the bad they're just great
What I dislike about the company
Terrible leadership from our Building Principal to our Assistant Principals.
