Support from management
Unreliable and inconsistent. Integrity not a key value of some team leaders. A leader should not put in the fewest hours of all team members.
Team members work well together.
Few women except in low-level positions.
No chances for advancement. Management says they will assist in meeting career goals but they are too busy or they just really don't care.
Office / Work Environment
Recently remodeled office. Quality (performance) of employee notebooks is inconsistent.
Often able to WFH or work remotely with permission. Usually very flexible about working around appointments and family events.
Suggestions for improvement
- Offsite management not involved enough and leaders need to be chosen more carefully and better managed.
What I like about the company
I genuinely enjoy working here, except for my supervisor. Mostly very likeable and reliable people here.
What I dislike about the company
Team leaders aren't accountable, consistent or reliable.
