Attitude towards older colleagues
There is little emphasis on employee needs and a tendency for senior management to decide on a new direction or changes without involving the appropriate folks.
While an established company with branches around the country, the Delaware headquarters is driven largely by internal politics. The interaction with the Indiana legacy headquarters is pleasant and teamwork oriented. Success in Delaware has evolved into a culture where success cN be dependent on who you know.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make a concentrated effort to develop an open collaborative culture.
What I like about the company
Local office provides free food
And snacks as well as arcade games.
What I dislike about the company
Delaware organization is quite "clicky" as majority of the matriculated management are referrs of existing management.
