Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees - esp. your managers on site at a client. Reuse processes across projects and clients - don't be so amateur. Take control and guide and manage difficult customers.
I dislike about the employer
Management did not communicate among themselves well. Management did not communicate well with lower or remote employees. Program and Project managers did not have enough courage or resolved to manage an extremely difficult client who did not respect incident and change-management processes we tried to implement.
Management in Fairfax was arrogant and instead of listening to remote employees, assumed they were wrong.
