Company culture overall is ok, culture within Vet department is unsupportive management and favoritism that results in low morale.
Yes . EH&S provides safety training and is available for any issues that arise.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold all employees accountable , reward employees with positive work productivity . Require training for new supervisors in dealing with multiple employee personalities and training styles . Don't treat employees as military grunts with the "because I said so" attitude .
