Upper management would often select who what rules they would enforce.
Support from management
General manager was very confrontational when he didn't get his way. He would target people he didn't like and force them to either quit or do his hardest to fire them.
There was little to no communication or cooperation.
Freedom to work independently
Work was often left undone and passed along to the next manager coming on.
Schedules were often changed very last minute/the week of. So if plans were made they would have to change because job was threatened.
Suggestions for improvement
- Revamp the management.
What I like about the company
It was a new insight on how Airport restaurants work.
What I dislike about the company
Tenured management would force out who they didn't like our make it miserable for you while you were there.
