Overall compensation for your work
Low pay. Staff at the school have not had a raise above 3% in 8 years. Last increase was only 2%. Most employees are considered "working poor".
Inclusive / Diverse
If your options differ from upper management, then you are reprimanded.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have honest talks with employees without the threat of being reprimanded. Allow employees to tell you how hard it is to work for the low pay we receive.
What I like about the company
I am friends with some of my co-workers.
What I dislike about the company
Their sole focus is providing for the clients at the expense of its employees.
