Employees don't like

Each year my boss changed and the changes cause massive decline in employee community experiences and created gossiping and secretive communication. I hated coming to work because the environment was terrible even though I loved the work I got to do.
As with any hospital, the schedules can make work/life balance difficult.
Cutting the yearly employee incentive bonus.
Short staffed makes extra work on top of heavy work loads already
I have no opinion on this issue
