Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication between management and lay workers. Value your long-time employees more.
Management & supervisors set unrealistic targets which results in patient neglect.
Favoritism is blatantly obvious in assignment loads. Unfavored employees are overloaded resulting in no breaks/lunches. Supervisors unwilling to help.
Management discourages any employees from attempting to gain higher education. Specifically the director of pulmonary services.
