They express one thing ,but they do something entirely different.
For the most part in the department we work well with each other ,with the exception with a few who would go and hide.
There job security because of the union. However, you was not always safe when it came to layoffs. Because they constantly trying to get rid of the union..
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to replace the whole HR department. They are crooked and are constantly blackmailing employee to get what they want. They have even gobes as far to threaten employees if they have gone to the NYC labor board.
