Suggestions for improvement
- Do not set up a pay system of minimum wage for those who are graduates with a music degree. Their time and skills are worth far more than someone working at a fast food restaurant (entry jobs for high schoolers, etc.). Do not disrespect them or treat them like children.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Blatant disregard and disrespect for highly trained musicians as instructors. Hiring instructors with a Bachelors/Masters in Music, but treating them as though they are lacking knowledge in the field.
