Suggestions for improvement
- Fire management. Staff could run facility better without them!!
They were not interested in any feedback. Only interested in there own opinions
Many team members would yell at management.
Medical and dental insurance way to expensive most cannot afford
Could be cleaner but not bad overall
Very poor. Mandated double shifts often
Unfortunately there was not much positive to say that was the reason I chose to leave.
This is very seldom done and if it is it usually to the staff that are the ones that do very little. Management has no issues with yelling at staff in front of others
There is little conflict resolution from management.
Some of the staff work well together, while others scream at each other as well at management.
Salary is good but benefits are unaffordable
