Support from management

The supervisors tend to be very unprofessional and prefer to discuss any issues they have with you, with other employees.

Suggestions for improvement

  • A new set of supervisors and someone to handle the money for each unit.

What I like about the company

I enjoyed working with the residents and making a difference.

What I dislike about the company

I don't feel the company has the resident's best interest at heart.
