Company Culture

They are not progressive and cannot get out of their own way. More of a buddy system than the cream rising to the top

Workplace Safety

Most accommodations are dated; chairs, desks, keyboard setup is not ergonomically sound for anyone

Challenging Work

The most challenging part of the job is not having all the tools to be successful yet the expectation is to do the possible

Inclusive / Diverse

Lower quality positions are diverse but exec and management level positions are not at all. They seem to be trying to diversify but old habits die hard

Support from management

Within the dept there was very strong leadership and support. Administration was not supportive of department leadership making it difficult for dept leadership to keep nursing safe.
