School District needs to improve working conditions

Suggestions for improvement

  • Have the administration staff take public relation classes. If you demean your staff you will never have congruence within the staff.

What I like about the company

Working with the students and parents

What I dislike about the company

The administration does not work with the staff. The staff that works at the Board of Education of the district has an attitude and demeans the staff at the schools.
