Culture is to intimidate, bully. Poor pt care and culture of micromanaging to unethically fill beds with pts who can pay the most with best insurance coming before higher acuity. Appalling

Leads by frantically running around office disrespecting and micromanaging. Refuses raises unless u try to leave. Talks down to employees in condescending manner. Lies frequently to cover up her behavior or her unethical departments doings. Highest turnover rate of all time. Counted 14 therapists to come and quit in one year. Nobody wants to stay. It's a nasty work environment. Manager takes no advice. Uses abusive form of transactional leadership as opposed to transformational. When working with educated credentialed employees you will certainly chase them off if you negate their input and treat like small children. No input is welcomed by her!
