Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are paid on time but not the w2s. Salaries are little and only 1% increase yearly. Benefits you are offered but expensive and no bonuses or Christmas pay.
At first all is good but with time there is a sour feel and a desire to leave.
Every year there is a review. You are given the feeling that you can lose your job. Then if you are resigned you are expected to show gratitude.
The work place is safe enough but it still have it's issues
I love serving the children but my pay did not make me feel like I was appreciated.
