The goal of the company is to help people with disabilities seek and maintain employment.
Support from management
Recent changes are good. Generates more business. Negative things are accentuated. Positives are not pointed out as much.
Communication is largely due via internet. Much of the staff is out in the field and do not have access to the internet during the day. On staff's own time they are required to utilize their email from their residences.
Overall compensation for your work
Very few raises. Mileage is under the federal reg. And if you go over a certain amount of miles per month, you don't get paid for it unless you request ahead of time, and it is deemed necessary by management.
Suggestions for improvement
- A policy handbook needs to be given to every staff, so everyone is on the same "playing field."
What I like about the company
In general, flexibility in setting my own schedule. Helping the clients.
What I dislike about the company
Line staff does not get paid for all the time they work. In other words, work is done to help the client without them being present. Line staff only gets paid for the time they are with the client.
