Suggestions for improvement
- Better housekeeping in common areas
I have been there for almost 6 years, and most of that time has been positive - I felt appreciated by my coworkers, and management before the current was responsive, understand, and communicative.
Current management is not open to discussion, and the communication is lacking. There are still plenty of parts and people that work well, it would just take some changes in approach to get back on track.
For most of my time managing the radiation oncology department I was able to build the operation to meet community standards fir care at that time. This helped me learn and accomplish duties at an administrative level. I know many with higher titled jobs who haven't and might not be able to handle such responsibilities. This could be either because those above me had confidence in me or could not handle themselves.
