Diverse opinions are great but communication among staff in human resources is terrible In my experience with staff mark I been with the company for 3 yes and never once have human resources reach out to me about my situation of termination of employment they just hired a background check agency foundout some things that was to explain after 3 yrs and just left me jobless for many years to come because after that denial I had to seek out help for psychological evaluation because all those thing was open for discussion during my hire but never ask...that department on the application was left blank I'm very open and honest and what took place staff mark human resource deem to be unfair...if I had a chance and was under my right state of mind I would file suite against u people for doing those things not just to me but great employees you had working with you and you use them for every strength and metal they had for you and just though them in the garbage so that you thank they belong...your system need to be fix and I really thank I personally need to be reachout for an apology....thank for listening staff mark no stars america.....
Suggestions for improvement
- Well my suggestion for improvement would be to reach out to me what was the problem and try to seek out how we can fix it for future employees so that it would be a better environment.
